- Anyone who wears a suit weekly. Below that frequency, a good off-the-rack suit properly altered is the more sensible spend.
- Cloth for the climate
- High-twist wool for a commute in heat, tropical weights for summer, and very little that needs a heavy worsted.
- Business colors
- Navy and charcoal first, texture or pattern third. Dallas offices reward conventional cloth more than most of the metroplex.
- Two-suit start
- Navy and charcoal covers almost everything. The third suit is where personality goes.
- Twenty miles
- Straight down I-30 from downtown.
The process
Two visits, not five
- First appointment
- About an hour. Cloth, measurements, and a conversation about how you actually wear the garment.
- Build
- Four to six weeks. Nothing is rushed and nothing is sent overseas without us knowing where it is.
- Collection
- Twenty minutes. Anything needing adjustment goes to Enrique, who works on site.
- Alterations
- Included on what we make. There is no separate bill at collection.
- Afterwards
- Your pattern stays on file, so the next order is a phone call.

Custom tailoring, answered
How many suits should I start with?
Two — navy and charcoal — which covers nearly every business and social occasion between them. A third with texture or pattern comes later, once you know what you actually wear.
Is custom worth it if I wear a suit occasionally?
Probably not. If you wear one a handful of times a year, a good off-the-rack suit with proper alterations is the better spend and we would tell you so. Custom earns its place at weekly wear.
What is the lead time?
Four to six weeks. If you are working to a date, tell us at the fitting and we will work backwards and be honest about whether it is achievable.
Where are you and what are your hours?
100 S. West Street in downtown Arlington, parking beside the building. Monday to Saturday, ten until five, closed Sundays.
